FedEx Ground Service Providers Rebate Request Form
Improve the fuel efficiency of your truck(s) with FlowBelow aerodynamic products. FlowBelow will provide a $50 rebate per Wheel Cover kit and $150 rebate per Fairing kit ordered when you buy through your dealer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
+ Aftermarket Wheel Cover and Fairing Kits that are purchased through a Dealer by December 31, 2025 are eligible for rebate, subject to FlowBelow approval.
+ Rebates are only available after order confirmation is received by FlowBelow for each Tractor Wheel Cover or Fairing kit.
+ Proof of purchase and truck VIN numbers are required to process all rebates.
+ Rebates by check will be mailed to the provided mailing address within thirty days of verification and approval by FlowBelow.
+ Rebate Program expires 12/31/2024.
+ W9 will be required to process any rebate

+ Each Wheel Cover and Fairing kit is made to order and configured to each truck. Specs vary across Truck Make/Model, year, etc.
