"I wanted to take a few minutes to give you some feedback on both your customer service and the products I bought. 

First of all, your customer service is fabulous – we had unique questions that were dealt with promptly and accurately by your staff, who then helped us make the purchase and get it shipped right out.  When we reconfigured the truck, I happened to be near your headquarters in Austin, so I stopped by and was able to meet your staff while getting my new parts.  It was easy to see that your crew is passionate about their products!

We are running a 3-axle 40-foot long straight truck, and we use the Flow Below Tandem Fairings and Wheel Covers.  Installation was as easy as your staff and marketing materials stated that it would be, and the different hole patterns in the Tandem Fairing frame and mounts made it easy to get ours mounted exactly as we needed.  I especially like how robust the frame is – I don’t expect to be replacing this any time soon!

The wheel covers are one of the best designs I’ve seen in years.  The most common type, the framed fabric covers that are held on with hook & loop fasteners, have many shortcomings (including difficulty in fitting them, abrasion damage to the aluminum wheels, and that they never look clean.) Your covers are the complete opposite.  They were easy to install for the first time (10 minutes with hand tools), fit securely without actually contacting the wheels, and best of all, have received universal approval from the technicians at every Love’s Truck Stop Tire Pass lane I’ve visited.  The technicians really appreciate just how easily they come off and on, and even after driving in severe weather all winter, we never had a problem with the mechanism that keeps the caps in place.

Finally, let’s talk about performance.  We are seeing an increase in fuel economy since fitting your components, and even more impressive, the truck is noticeably more stable in crosswinds and when passing or getting passed by other trucks.

In an industry that often sees inflated claims or unrealistic commentary, your company is the exact opposite.  If anything, you have actually understated just how terrific your products are, and how well they work.  Thank you for making them."
