"We’ve been using the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit on over 800 trucks for over two years and have had an overall excellent experience. The system has helped to increase our fleet average fuel economy by approximately 2% and we consider it to be part of our standard tractor spec on both Freightliner and International trucks. On the maintenance side, our mechanics are very pleased with the wheel cover design which provides instant access to the wheel end. Despite the decision to upgrade to chrome wheel covers and to not use a more expensive locking feature, theft has not been an issue for Hirschbach. With over 250,000 miles on every FlowBelow unit we have in the fleet we have only had to replace a few components that got damaged. If and when we need something, FlowBelow has always provided outstanding customer support.
The decision to do business with FlowBelow has made a major positive impact on Hirschbach’s business and we expect that to continue. For future truck orders with Freightliner and International we are planning to spec the system for factory installation."

“We did an extensive 6-month testing period on the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit for our fleet of about 800 tractors. We found that we are averaging about a 2% gain on MPG with the flow below kits.
The test group was OTR tractors running 48 states with various duties. We saw some added benefits beyond this of reduced road spray, and additional MPG savings when paired to our trailers equipped with skirts or the smart truck system.
We have found that drivers can chain up with these kits installed, and they are very durable. Navajo and many other carriers that are trying to be on the leading edge of fuel economy industry wide are committed to installing these on all new equipment going forward.”

"We performed several fuel and durability tests with the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit package. First, there was a third-party test that Texas A&M Transportation Institute performed using an MVT-owned International Pro-Star and Utility trailer. The results of that test was a 2.23% fuel savings. As a policy MVT always verifies third party testing with internal testing. The results of the internal testing were positive and in alignment with FlowBelow’s fuel savings claims. Finally, after fuel validation we confirmed durability and driver acceptance with a group of trucks for over a year. In the end, we placed an order with FlowBelow for 1,200 Tractor AeroKits and are currently installed on 80% of our fleet.
Given our experience with the product I would highly recommend making the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit a standard spec for any regional or OTR operation. There is no better wheel cover or complete system on the market that can help improve the aerodynamics around the wheels of the tractor. "

“Paul Transportation is a flatbed carrier based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with over 200 tractors in the fleet. We made the decision to deploy Flow Below on a group of trucks in our application and saw a measurable increase in fuel economy. As a next step we then retrofitted over 100 trucks and the product has become a standard spec for new equipment going forward. The average fuel economy of our entire fleet has improved by approximately 1.5 tenths of a mile per gallon after adding Flow Below. Not only does the system save us fuel, it holds up and the drivers like the way it looks.”
Kevin Andrew Chief Operating Officer, Paul Transportation, Inc.
“We’ve been using the FlowBelow AeroKit and wheel covers on our trucks for some time now. We are already making a profit on the investment we made and the products have a long life ahead of them. The performance and durability is far better than what I expected and to my surprise, our drivers and mechanics actually like using the product. When I buy new trucks from my dealer, I spec them with FlowBelow.”

“This is the best system that we have used. It makes me most comfortable with the design and the ease of getting the covers on and off is superior to any other system we have used. FlowBelow’s wheel covers can be removed in a matter of seconds to facilitate roadside inspections.”

"We have been running the FlowBelow kits for about 6 months and watched our MPG increase as high as 9 mpg on some trucks. We are extremely satisfied with the product, customer service and we highly recommend the FlowBelow AeroKit."

“Over the past decade, we have improved the fleet average fuel economy of Cooper Freight by over 3 miles per gallon. One of the main ways we’ve been able improve our fuel efficiency is by reducing the aerodynamic drag of our tractors and trailers. With that said, we didn’t make these changes overnight. For example, when we first became aware of the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit system we decided to test them out on a group of trucks. In order to be confident in the fuel savings we installed the product on a dedicated sample size of trucks and tracked performance for over a year to verify both fuel savings and durability. After testing the first group of trucks we then tested a second group of trucks to gain more confidence in the data. We confirmed that the fuel savings of the product for our fleet was approximately two-tenths of a mile per gallon. In addition, the drivers and mechanics are very pleased with the accessibility of the FlowBelow quick-release design. Going forward we spec FlowBelow on every new truck we purchase.”

“The fuel economy of our fleet of tractors has improved by over 2/10th mpg with the FlowBelow Tractor AeroKit. The products are incredibly durable, easy to use, and install in 45 minutes per truck. The design and functionality of FlowBelow’s wheel covers and Tractor AeroKit is superior to any other system I’ve seen or used. Josh and his team at FlowBelow will not let you down.”

"We began installing FlowBelow Products on all of the truck and trailers in our fleet well over a year ago. The Tractor AeroKit product was installed on every truck in the fleet, and the FlowBelow quick-release wheel covers were also installed on every trailer in the fleet. The product has easily exceeded my expectations in terms of fuel savings. We have had very few issues, but the customer support we received from the FlowBelow team was truly impressive.
Currently we have nearly 400 sets of wheel covers intstalled on our trailers. One of the major benefits of using the FlowBelow wheel covers has been the ability to maintain instant access to our wheel ends for regular maintenance and inspection. Unlike other wheel covers on the market, the FlowBelow design has superior durability, doesn't damage the wheels, and actually looks good on our equipment. With the installation of FlowBelow products and other improvements we have done to our fleet in the the past 2 years, we have seen dramatic improvement in the overall fuel efficiency of equipment."
