Sales Manager - Aerodynamics

Job Description:

  • Highly targeted sales of FlowBelow’s unique fuel-saving aerodynamic technology to small-mid size fleet owners and owner-operators in the long-haul trucking industry.
  • Secure orders in the range of $1,000 to $20,000 per customer ,for multiple customers, on a daily basis.
  • Gain trust and jump over the hurdles of selling extremely skeptical and busy decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided from email marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc.
  • Prepare and deliver virtual presentations to C-level executives using GoToMeeting
  • Implement creative sales techniques in presentations, quotes, proposals, sales letters, and other materials as necessary to influence a purchasing decision
  • Write highly persuasive follow up emails to customers
  • Take inbound calls from potential or existing customers and dealers
  • Occassional travel for certain accounts, trade shows, etc.
  • Enter and manage account information on a daily basis using the Company’s CRM system

Requirements:

  • Expertise in direct sales via phone/internet/in person and very well-spoken
  • Successful track-record of exceeding quotas
  • Has proven ability to sell products to numerous customers on a daily basis
  • Must be well organized and able to manage large volume of leads in multiple classifications and stages
  • Experience in selling to small business owners
  • Experience in selling products based on ROI
  • Extreme persistence with politeness

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience selling a differentiated or disruptive product or technology to business owners
  • Experience selling equipment within the trucking industry, in particular to business owners and maintenance managers
  • Experience with email marketing programs such as constant contact
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry, and mechanical features of semi-trucks in particular
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial start-up environment

Compensation:

  • Depends on experience
  • Pay is at least partially commission-based
